Colombia: General Strike!
Today we are living the National Strike in Defense of Life, Education, Health, Peace and Territory. The mobilization began in the Coliseo del Café (Colosseum of Coffee) and
culminated in the Plaza de Bolívar (Bolivar’s Square) with various interventions, making themselves heard in some parts of the city of Armenia such as the Mayor’s Office and the National Learning Service (SENA).
Judicial, educational, peasant and trade union sectors, we joined in protesting against a repressive, rigged and indolent government.
“History is ours and we, the peoples, make it!” We are called to raise our voices!
