FISE took part in the conference held by the World Federation of Trade Unions (WFTU) in Brussels, on 1st and 2nd June 2015, titled “The embargoes, blockades and sanctions imposed by the US, NATO and the EU are striking a blow to the workers’ rights”
This conference attended unionists from 17 countries, among which were Cuba, Venezuela, Greece, Cyprus, Ukraine, Serbia, Portugal, Latvia and Brazil.
At the end of the conference, the WFTU submitted a resolution to the Secretary of the E.U. against the imperialist operations and committed to new initiatives.
