30/11/2015

PAME – National General Strike – December 3

pame gia fiseThe World Federation of Teachers Unions, FISE, member of the WFTU sends a message of solidarity to the working class of Greece and the Militant Front of All Workers, PAME, for the strike organized on December 3, against the government’s attempt to impose even more severe and harsh measures to workers.

The attack towards the pensioners, the unemployed, the workers in Greece by the government SYRIZA- ANEL that implements the third memorandum according to the mandates of the EU and the capital’s representatives only through organized and uncompromising struggle can be answered.

The success of the strike of all workers in the public and private sector on December 3 and the militant initiatives of PAME are encouraging hundreds of unions that choose to collide with the capital and the governments which serve them.

Have a great success on December 3 2015

With militant greetings

Bahrain teacher still in prison

bahreinWorkers have been integral in the uprisings in countries in North Africa and west Asia during the Arab Spring. They have then suffered greatly as these uprisings have been met with state violence. In Bahrain in 2011 a mass popular uprising was repressed by the Bahrain government with the help of Saudi Arabia military. Mahdi Abu Dheeb was the president of the Bahraini Teachers’ Association and one of the many trade unionists arrested in Bahrain. He was sentenced to five years in jail. Abu Dheeb is now in poor medical health and there is an ongoing international union campaigncalling for his release.

Just by international solidarity of Wftu trade unions is possible to strengthen the trade unions class oriented action planes around the world.

Condolences for the deaths of Paris -Solidarietà workers and students in Italy affected by the police

War and terrorism, exploitation and repression that is the violence of the masters.

Solidarity is true in fighting organized and unified workers

Nov. 20 strike of all public workers

Yesterday was a day of tremendous violence but not the first will be the last.

The dead Paris overshadow every other fact: the shock, pain and anger are the feelings aroused by the blind violence that strikes the innocent.

The massacre yesterday reminds us all the others, is an act of war continues involving the whole world and there are deaths that are worth more.

It’s been less than a month after the massacre in Ankara where they were killed more than 120 anti-war demonstrators, thousands are immigrants who have died at the borders of Europe, which bombards and exploits them, and other bombings in Beirut and in the first Tunisia, the continuous bombardment against the Syrian people, Kurdish and Palestinian, are only the tragedies closer.

Rivers of blood to ensure profits otherwise difficult to do.

The war economy, the capitalist system is imposing to all, is the result of its structural crisis, the destruction is the common character of all aspects of government policy and the European Union itself. Continue reading
